Cock & Bowl is one of the best places to have a beer in the area, according to Northern Virginia Magazine.
The restaurant was part of an extensive guide to drinking, buying, and making beer in the area. The guide also featured other restaurants such as MacDowell Brew Kitchen in Leesburg, breweries such as Vintage 50 in Leesburg and Port City in Alexandria, and beer stores like Rick's Wine and Gourmet in Alexandria.
Last year, Cock & Bowl was featured in HOT 99.5's "Hottys" contest. It was also nominated for Best Restaurant by Northern Virginia Magazine last fall.

The food is excellent also and its in a great laid back location in Occuquan village.

The food, service, atmosphere and the owners (and the beer!) all make Cock & Bowl an excellent dining experience. We are very blessed to have them in our little town of Occoquan!
