Small streams in central Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park are still under a flood watch until 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.
"Several roadways remain closed and gages indicate area streams have not yet crested," said the National Weather Service of a forecast at 6:43 a.m. "Flood waters will be slow to recede this morning."
The NWS forecast predicts showers before 11 a.m. and then a possible thunderstorm between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. More rain is expected after 2 p.m.
