Early in the morning of Jan. 14, a police officer tried to stop a driver in the area of Prince William Parkway and Greatbridge Road because he thought he might be intoxicated.

The driver then reportedly ignored the officer's light and siren and drove on to Ridgefield Drive, where he stopped the car.

Police then arrested the driver, identified as David Russell II of Manassas, and charged him with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.

No property was damaged. His court date and bond information are unavailable.
