Police are looking for a man who reportedly robbed a Lake Ridge area woman in her driveway on Monday, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
Police responded to the report of a robbery on Anchorstone Drive at 1:12 p.m. on Monday. The 29-year-old victim told police that she was next to her vehicle in her driveway when an unknown masked man approached her and demanded her purse.
"The man took the purse before fleeing on foot," Perok said.
No one was injured.
The victim described the masked man as a male of an unknown race and age, about 6-foot-6 in height, weighing about 250 pounds, of a heavy build with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, sneakers and the mask.

Doing this in broad daylight just shows the desperation some people have. Carry your own concealed arms and this robber would think twice OR walk with a limp!
