It's a tie for me: BR Frozen Custard & Sweets in Merchant Plaza and Milwaukee Frozen Custard on Worth Avenue. Both have different special custard flavors each day. I love Milwaukee's chocolate peanut butter, and I love BR's ENORMOUS portion sizes.

Haymarket Delights off of Route 55 in Haymarket is great! Being diabetic, the fact that they have No Sugar Added butter pecan is important to me. They also have a variety of No Sugar Added chocolate candy. Most other Ice Cream shops that I have been to with friends have nothing for me.

Frosty Moose! Tons of different soft serve flavors including a flavor and sundae of the day. About any toppings you can think of, waffle cones, waffle bowls, dipped cones, banana splits, etc. Awesome place.

Frostie Moose is my choice, many flavors, many different sizes, many different styles cup, waffle cone, waffle bowl, pretzel cones, the service is great, the prices are reasonable and they are locally owned and operated. M.J.'s Ice Cream in Occoquan has the best Ice Cream and Fudge anywhere! Well worth your trip there!

MJ's Ice Cream in Occoquan, VA gets my vote! They carry Hershey's Ice Cream and my favorite is the cappuccino chip with a waffle cone. They also have a pretzel cone that ads a unique twist to your favorite flavor. I can also get a quick sandwich or hot dog for lunch. The shop is located on Mill Street with a view of the water so you can sit on the porch and enjoy the view.
