Occoquan Antiques will close on April 30. Owner Gudi Bignotti is retiring and will not be renewing her lease.
"I will sell the remainder of my inventory at attractive prices from now until the end of April," she wrote on Facebook. "Life is good. I hope to see everyone now and then, and I am grateful for the past 12 years I have lived and worked in my beloved Occoquan."
Bignotti nearly closed her doors last fall, but instead downsized and shared space with the Polka Dot Divas.
