Police are on the lookout for a local man in connection with a domestic assault. 

Cesar Osorio Sanchez, 20, of Fontaine Court in Dale City, is wanted for abduction and assault and battery. 

The 18-year-old victim reported that she and Sanchez were involved in an argument that escalated on Oct. 23. The woman said that Sanchez assaulted her and prevented her from leaving the residence. Police responded to the report on Oct. 24 at 12 p.m. on the 14300 block of Dale City. 

The victim reported minor injuries. Police have not been able to locate Sanchez. He is described as about 5-foot-9, Hispanic, 150 pounds, medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.
