A Woodbridge man has been charged in the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl, according to Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok.

Rudsbel Alvarado Ingles, 33, is charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction with intent to defile. He was arrested March 13 after Special Victims Unit detectives concluded an investigation into the reported sexual assault.

The victim told police that her hands were held behind her back and she was then sexually assaulted, Perok said.

Ingles' court date is unavailable and he is being held without bond.
