Teenager Robbed at Gunpoint
The gunman stole a $200 iPhone from the 17-year-old Dumfries girl.
A man robbed a 17-year Dumfries girl at gunpoint, Prince William County Police said.
The victim was riding in the back seat of a car with a friend and two unknown females around 2 a.m. on Dec. 23, when the driver stopped in the area of Fraley Boulevard and Graham Park Road. After they stopped, an unknown man approached the victim and showed a handgun. He demanded that she hand over her property and stole an iPhone, which was valued around $200. He then fled on foot.
The victim reported the incident at 11:42 a.m. She did not report an injuries.
The man was described as 17-22 years old, about 5'9", with a medium build, and wearing a black pea coat.

Can anyone say "set-up"? People, especially young laides, REALLY need to be aware of who are their friends AND the type of people THEY socialize with. If not, you're subject to an evening like this.....either that, or don't be hanging out at 2am OR wait until NINE HOURS LATER to report the theft!!!! Maybe she needed her beauty rest first (or needed to sober up from drugs or alcohol).
