Woodbridge NVCC Campus Closed Due to Water Damage
Fire sprinkler malfunctioned Monday night.
All day and evening classes for the Woodbridge campus of Northern Virginia Community College have been canceled due to water damage caused by a fire sprinkler malfunction.
According to the school, "repairs and clean up began last night and continue today."
"All classes and activities will resume as scheduled on Wed., Sept. 12," said a post from the school's Facebook page. "Some rooms will be reassigned as posted on campus. The first floor, including the cafeteria, will be closed to students and staff until Monday morning to continue recovery efforts."
