The Prince William Art Society will be holding their
annual Holiday Art Show on
Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Tall Oaks Community Center 12298 Cotton Mill Road in Lake Ridge, VA. Start your holiday shopping early! Members will have their exclusive creations of art for sale. In addition, the art society will have their annual Scholarship note cards for purchase to fund the 2013 Jewell Pratt Burns Scholarships which are presented to two Prince William County graduating seniors who plan to further their education in art. All monies from note card sales and workshops are dedicated to the scholarships.
Note: There will be no November meeting of the art society due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Meetings will resume on February 20, 2013. The art society is funded in part by the Cultural Arts Council of Prince William County.

More About Tall Oaks Pool
Tall Oaks Pool is located on Cotton Mill Drive in Woodbridge. Administrated by the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association, the pool is open to Lake Ridge residents only, offering swimming lessons, affordable guest passes and pool rental opportunities. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, seven days a week. Members need a validated membership card.
