The Hemophilia Association of the Capital Area presents Ride or Stride for Bleeding Disorders on Saturday, October 13, 2012.

The event originates at Nottoway Park, 9610 Courthouse Road, Vienna, VA 22181. Bikers may choose a 25K, 50K or 50 mile loop through the Virginia countryside on the W&OD trail. Striders may choose a 5K or 10K loop inside the park.

Registration fee: $35 per participant, age 13 and up. Children 12 and under participate free with an accompanying adult. All participants 13 and over are asked to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges. This event is opened to all.

Funds raised during the Ride or Stride for Bleeding Disorders will help HACA provide educational materials, support groups, financial assistance, educational scholarships, and summer camp programs for young people. Your donation will also help support research for a cure.
