Local Residents Discuss Incarceration and Race

Here's what you need to know today in Woodbridge.

1. Today: Kids rock out with Rocknocerus. Chinn Library is hosting a free kids' concert for kids age 2 and older on July 23 at 10 a.m. Tokens are available before the concert, and each adult can get up to five tokens.

2. You Said It: “Is this all you wanted to say about this topic????” A post on our boards Monday discussed incarceration and race. Several comments (some more helpful than others) followed, including a spelling correction from another reader. That prompted the author to respond, “Donna, thanks. Is this all you wanted to say about this topic????” Donna replied, “Yep.”

3. ICYMI: Beat the heat with local frozen yogurt.
