Come at 10 a.m. with a can of food or a $2 donation to the local food bank.

The following is from Occoquan Mayor Earnie Porta's email update:

"On Saturday, Oct. 29, the Occoquan Merchants Association will again be sponsoring its Halloween/Harvest Parade.  Please note that the parade has been re-scheduled for 11 a.m. (prior announcements had a different starting time).  Line up for the parade starting at 10 a.m. in the parking lot underneath the Route 123 bridge.  Please bring a can of food or a $2 donation for the local food bank.  The parade will be followed by trick-or-treating at participating stores from noon to 3 p.m.  Hope to see you in Occoquan on Saturday!"
