Ring in 2011 Right Here in Town

With Christmas just barely behind us, it's hard to believe that another New Year is right around the corner. If you, like so many others, have left plans until the last minute and you don't really feel like going too far out of the neighborhood, here are a few local spots that are still accepting bookings to ring in 2011...

Madigan's Waterfront 201 Mill St Occoquan, VA

Madigan's is hosting a New Year's Eve dinner which includes prime rib, lobster, champagne, and plenty of party favors. Price is $150 per couple, non-inclusive of tax and gratuity. Or, just come for the New Year's Eve party starting at 9 p.m. featuring live band Hurricane Johnson as well as a live DJ. Price for the party is $15, which includes a buffet breakfast at midnight. Lazy Susan Dinner Theatre Route 1 at Furnace Road

The Lazy Susan is open New Year's Eve for their featured performance of Curtain Calls, a musical review of all time favorite Broadway songs, new and old (think Annie, Cats, Chicago, Guys and Dolls...) Price is $100 per person to attend and includes a full buffet dinner and carving station, dessert, coffee, champagne at midnight, dancing, and a breakfast buffet. Brittany's Sports Bar 12449 Dillingham Square 

Brittany's is celebrating New Year's Eve with a party featuring live music by hard rock group Kajun Kelley. Cover charge is $15, and Brittany's is also offering a  prime rib dinner for $34.99 per couple. Price for the dinner includes cover charge to Kajun Kelley, champagne toast at midnight, and party favors. Although walk- ins are accepted on the 31st, reservations are highly recommended.
