Dogs Trick-or-Treat in Occoquan, Raise More Than $1000

The funds go to a Golden Retriever rescue group and the Prince William County Dog Park.

On Oct. 30, trick-or-treating dogs dressed as everything from firemen to bumblebees filled the streets of Occoquan.

The event, hosted by and sponsored by , raised more than $1000 for Golden Retriever Rescue Education and Training (GRREAT) and the planned Prince William County Dog Park, Fetch reported.

Dogs arrived at Fetch at noon to get a treat bag and a map of participating stores in town. Ridge Lake Animal Hospital Staff gave out treats for dogs and humans and explained a bit more about the services they offer.
