In moderation, coffee may help prevent Parkinson’s disease, Type 2 diabetes and liver cancer. It also contains antioxidants. It some people, unfiltered coffee may elevate cholesterol in people with certain genetic mutations. Read more about the health benefits (and risks) from drinking coffee here.
