Haunted Occoquan Launches New Website

The new site is up and running in time for the spring tour season.

Local paranormal investigator Kathleen "Kay" Pietrewicz recently launched Haunted-Occoquan.com, where site visitors can book an Occoquan ghost tour and learn more about the tours.

"It presents the way I want it to present, because it's not the blood dripping -- I'm not the haunted house type," said Pietrewicz, who made the website herself. She's recently spoken to some photographers.

"I'm looking to get more atmospheric photos," she said.

Customers can't yet pay for their tours online, but they can make a reservation online, and pay in cash or by credit card in person just before the ghost tour. Pietrewicz has a card reader to keep payment convenient.

The site also promises a coming "Boo-tique," where Pietrewicz will sell T-shirts and mugs possibly designed on CafePress.com. Look for Pietrewicz at the Spiral Creations booth at the Spring Craft Show in Occoquan, and at Riverfest.
