Occoquan Draws Thousands to Fall Craft Show

The weather remained mild for the duration of the show.

Yesterday, shoppers flooded the streets of Occoquan on the last day of the Occoquan Fall Arts and Crafts Show to peruse the booths featuring local and handmade art, crafts, and jewelry.

The Occoquan Craft Show has been running for almost 44 years now, and will return in the spring. There were 214 merchant and food booths on the streets this year, compared to about 250 in the spring.

Last year, over 10,000 people attended the spring show. Patch contributor Stephanie Dupal-Demartin took video, interviewing various merchants at the show.
