Toby Keith's still shows no signs of opening any time soon at Potomac Town Center, despite originally projecting opening by the end of March.
The guitar bar has been built, and the restaurant has its alcohol licenses.
The restaurant is also hiring. It will announce its opening date on the Facebook page.
