What about this location? It's in Lake Ridge's Dillingham Square across the street from , and next to .

It used to be the site of , before the locally-owned business moved to the County Center area off of Marblestone Drive.

A Trader Joe's would be great

I think a roller/ice/in-line skating place or bowling would be great. As long as it can be made a fun family place but avoid the 'hang-out' that attracts an at risk crowd (such as happened at other similar facilities) it would be a great place for the tweens/teens to go for something other than video games or just chatting.

Interesting idea, Robert.

Seems like *everyone* would love a Trader Joe's to come to our area. That's not surprise! On each of these features, people have recommended a roller rink.
