Why Go: Start getting ready for Christmas by coming out to the town dock at 12 p.m. to greet Santa as he arrives in Occoquan. Then head over to Town Hall and meet him.

Why Go: Come join the Workhouse Ceramic resident artists for a chance to create your own unique surface design and decoration on a pre-bisqued ornament, and show your support for the Workhouse Ceramics Program. Ornaments are $22 each and all proceeds will benefit the Lorton Arts Foundation and the Workhouse Ceramics Program.

Why Go: The Loft Gallery presents dozens of tiny works of art in its annual Holiday Treasures show. Many of the gallery's 21 resident artists have created miniature treasures in a variety of media.
