"Money Doesn't Grow on Trees"

Small business owners should stay on course as the year-end approaches.

Beeline for Business...

October opens the door to the final quarter of the calendar year. The leaves are changing to lovely colors of copper, bronze and gold. My hope is that as a small business owner you are still focused on green, and not the green that grows on trees but the green that keeps the economic engine running. Don’t fall prey to lackluster thoughts of, well, the holidays are around the corner and everything slows down… Stay on course with daily operations to maintain cash flow and generate new business. Now is the time to evaluate what’s worked well for your business during the first three quarters of the year and what hasn’t; begin to prepare your tax paperwork for your accountant and plan ahead for the New Year.

Don’t take a time-out; continue to let your business plan or “playbook” guide you and keep you in motion to make the last quarter work for you!
