Repairs Started on Apartment Buildings Damaged by Fire

Damages were between $1.5 million and $2 million at two Dominion Middle Ridge apartments in Lake Ridge.

After the devastating fire in Lake Ridge on May 10 that left 35 residents temporarily homeless and caused between $1.5 million and $2 million in estimated damage, repairs have started on the apartment buildings on Golf Side Circle.

The fire was caused by a cigarette dropped on the fourth-floor balcony of building 3695, according to Prince William County Fire and Rescue.
