Handgun, Laptop, Watch Stolen in Lake Ridge Area Burglaries

No word on whether the burglaries were connected.

On Sunday, a homeowner in the 3300 block of Wyndale Court reported the theft of a handgun worth about $500, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. The homeowner told police that the burglary happened between noon on May 9 and noon on May 13. When police responded at 11:20 p.m. on Sunday, they found no signs of forced entry into the house.

On May 28, a homeowner in the 2800 block of Chablis Circle in Lake Ridge reported the theft of a laptop and a watch, together worth about $5,200, Perok said. The homeowner told police that the burglary happened between 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. the night before. When police responded at 1:58 p.m. on Monday, they found no signs of forced entry into the house.
