Lake Ridge Man Arrested for Marijuana Possession
Police confiscated about 1.5 pounds of marijuana from Adrian Rhones' car at a vehicle stop. Additional marijuana was found at Rhones' house.
On July 19, Adrian Rhones, 32, was arrested for marijuana possession after police conducted a vehicle stop at Minnieville Road and Old Bridge Road while Rhones was driving through the area, according to police spokesperson Jonathan Perok.
The vehicle stop was part of a police investigation into a possible drug transaction involving Rhones. Police found about 1.5 pounds of marijana in the vehicle Rhones was driving. After a search warrant was issued, police found further marijuana at Rhones' house in the 12400 block of Skipper Circle in Lake Ridge.
In addition, police found packing material and an "undisclosed amount of U.S. currency," according to the police report.

Rhones was charged with possession and intent to distribute marijana. His court date is Aug. 22 and his bond information is unavailable.
