Perok did not know what kind of schedule I or II narcotic Sjelin was charged with selling. He also did not know how long the police had been investigating Sjelin before they executed the search warrant and arrest warrant.

"Sometimes it takes awhile to release this information because [police] are still working with a detective," Perok said.
