Police have charged one suspect and are looking for another suspect in the reported theft of several cartons of cigarettes from the Valero Service Station at 13295 Trowbridge Road in Woodbridge, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
Woodbridge resident Gary Douglas, 18, was charged with burglary.
Police originally responded to the Valero Service Station on Sept. 27 at 3:15 a.m. for an alarm.
"Officers arrived at the business and discovered that the front glass door was shattered," Perok said. "An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and several cartons of cigarettes were reported missing. Upon reviewing the surveillance footage, officers were able to identify one of the suspects involved in the incident."
Officers found Douglas at his Woodbridge house.
"The investigation continues into the identity and arrest of a second suspect seen on the surveillance footage," Perok said.
The other suspect is described as a white man between 18 and 20 years old, about 5-foot-10, 180 pounds, with a medium build. He was seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
