Police: Lake Ridge Man Charged in Drug Investigation

Police arrested Robert James Faith Jr. for the second time in February, but did not release the information until May, according to Prince William County Police.

A Lake Ridge man faces charges after Prince William County Police found guns, prescription medication and cash at his home earlier this year, according to police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok.

Robert James Faith, Jr., 21, of Daisy Reid Avenue is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic, and possession of a firearm with a schedule I or II narcotic in relation to the January 31 search at his house. 

When detectives from the Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant, they found multiple guns, prescription medications and an undisclosed amount of cash at Faith's address.

On February 26, officers in the Street Crimes, Gang and Vice Narcotics units searched the address again, they found additional firearms, more money and other evidence. Officers then charged Faith with distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic and money laundering. 

Perok said police did not immediately release information about the arrest to avoid compromising the investigation.

Faith is due in court June 7.
