Police: Man Arrested After Exposing Self at Noodles & Co.

Police arrested the suspect on Monday, after obtaining warrants for his arrest earlier in the month.

Prince William County Police have arrested the suspect in the case of an indecent exposure at a Woodbridge Noodles & Co.

David Lynn Scriven, 57, of no fixed address, is charged with three counts of indecent exposure.

Customers reported to police that the suspect was sitting at a table inside the restaurant on Shopper's Best Way the evening of June 13. Scriven exposed himself, then left before police arrived on the scene, according to police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok

After an investigation, police obtained warrants for Scriven's arrest. He was arrested without incident Monday.
