Da'Shawn Hand: College Pick Nov. 14
In-demand football recruit will announce decision at Woodbridge High School.
Da’Shawn Hand, one of the nation’s top football recruits and a rising senior at Woodbridge Senior High School, has announced that he’ll pick his college on Nov. 14.
The defensive end broke the news on his Twitter account, adding that he “Can’t wait to get this over with!”
Hand recently narrowed his top three school choices to Alabama, Florida, and Michigan, and plans to take official visits to all three campuses before he announces his decision at Woodbridge in the fall.

Although Hand was previously rated as the top recruit in the country, he has since seen his stock slip slightly. Both ESPN and 247Sports now rank him as the fourth best player overall.
Hand and the rest of the Vikings will begin their season on Aug. 30 against Battlefield High School in Woodbridge.
