Walk to Run at the Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center (mornings)

Do you have a goal to run a 5K or run for 30 minutes straight?  Go from walking to running in a group atmosphere full of motivatoin and support.  Group workouts along with a weekly plan will help you succeed.
