Brought a jacket with some very small spots on the sleeve in for cleaning. Went to pick it up and discovered the small spots were now 2 inch patches. It looked as though they "cleaned" it with steel wool. They ruined a still very wearable jacket. Because it was about 5 years, they would only compensate me with a $30 credit. Beware and be sure that whatever you bring to these people, you could do without it as they damage clothing and then refuse to replace what they destroy...Avoid this place!!!!!

I've had very positive experiences with Festival Cleaners over the 10 years that I've been a customer. I find that they're always friendly, and I'm consistently happy with the services I use (cleaning/pressing dress shirts, dry cleaning suits/pants, and minor alterations). I have never had any specialty or non-routine jobs, so I can't speak to that. I'm certain there are many satisfied customers like me.
