Haunted Occoquan offers tours of Occoquan's ghostly legends. Ghost tours have been conducted in Occoquan for nearly 30 years. After the Occoquan Merchants Association folded, local paranormal investigator Kay Pietrewicz took over the management of the ghost tours.
- Hours: Family friendly tours are offered Wednesday - Friday at 8:00 pm and Saturday at 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Comfortable walking tours are approximately one hour.
