I ordered flowers for mother's day directly from their website. What was delivered that day were indeed flowers and when my mom read the card it said "rest in peace, Nanna". So once she realized she wasn't being threatened by her children or daughter-in-law she thought maybe someone had a really misguided idea about celebrating her mother dying last year with flowers. She called the owner, as did I and we were both told that the flowers must have been sent there by someone else and that she didn't know what happened to my order. There was a name, not my mother's name mind you, at the end of the card. The owner had trouble believing us so we said pick up your funeral flowers and you'll see. She eventually apologized and promised to "fix things" by delivering fresh flowers the next day. Well that was yesterday and still no flowers. So I got a refund and am waiting for her to pick up her funeral flowers. I'm not hopeful.
