A shame to have a rip-off place like this in Lake Ridge. They make you reserve with a credit card. I paid for my massage with a Massage Envy gift card AND they charged my credit card. They even admitted their mistake but refuse to refund. The clincher: not once while I was there did they get my name right, but boy, they were sure to get that AMEX number. Next stop, consumer protection in Richmond....
