The Pink Bicycle Tea Room is a traditional tea and party services company based in Occoquan. The location specializes in traditional afternoon tea and also offers numerous types of lunch items, pastries and catering services. The site is the perfect location for a party, birthday celebration, bridal shower or baby shower. The location offers numerous tea blends including various flavors from South America and South Africa.
The Pink Bicycle Tea Room was created by Mrs. Donna Lane in 2001. It was first known as the Victorian Lane Tea Room, but one day when she was out antiquing with her husband, they stumbled across two pink bicycles and the AHA! moment happened. Current owner, Ms. Lisa Renee Johnson, purchased the tea room from Mrs. Lane on April 1, 2005 and it has been growing ever since. Ms. Lisa loves welcoming guests from all across the globe to partake in the art of tea and friendship. Whether spending a day with your BFF or celebrating a special occasion like a Baby Shower or Bridal Shower this is the place to visit.

I started going to Pink Bicycle Tea room about four years ago. The service has seriously deteriorated. I have went there and they can't find my reservation. They didn't have half of the tea available that was on their menu. They bring out the sandwiches and didn't explain what was given. They have different sandwiches each time I go. They didn't have clotted cream, only honey. Most people want clotted cream with their scones. Our tea came out warm. We had to ask them to heat the tea. On top of that, the service was extremely slow. I took two friends to Pink Bicycle and was extremely embarrassed that I suggested the place because everything was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! I love afternoon tea and this place use to be good but not anymore. They have also reduced their the amount of food you receive. You do not get your money's worth at this place. All my visits have been on the weekend.
