Horrible company, rent in one of their communities as a military member/family and this company has made our lives impossible. Our landlord is amazing, but this company manages our HOA, and does a poor job of it at that. Our parking is a joke, we have assigned spaces, plus parking permits we have to hang from our rear view mirrors, if you should forget to put the parking permit back up in the window, then be ready to have your car towed out of YOUR ASSIGNED spot right from in front of your own house! We have bi-yearly inspections, if you have a small chip in your paint, they will ask you to repaint your house, but it is ok if your neighbors grass is completely overgrown or if their house has been condemned, not exaggerating. If your a homeowner looking to rent then go somewhere else. We pay our rent on time, we have made improvements to our rental, but this HOA has on multiple occurrences made us want to move out despite how amazing our landlord is. Wish someone would audit this company because for as much money as they make on fines and HOA fees there isn't much maintenance done in this community except for the shady gardening service they hire to mow ONLY community lawns, the few we have. The trees behind our houses are dead, rotting and diseased so if you try to plant flowers in your backyard be ready for your invested time and money to be wasted when they are devoured by pests. Cross your fingers during a windy day or bad storm that tree might hit your roof!

As a member of the board of a local community, we've worked with Riggin Property Management for the past 6 years. They did a great job of putting us on the right track after we'd gone for a time without a "real" PM. Sometimes it's hard for those not directly involved in administering/managing the community to understand where the lanes are in property management - the PM proposes ideas, but it's up to the board to approve them. This ends in the PM being blamed for things beyond their control. RPM has done a great for us - truly above and beyond the cal - helping us take our property from literally the edge of unliveable to a community anyone would be proud to call "home." We'll continue happily using RPM in the future.
