CFPA Students Win Poetry and Art Contest
Woodbridge Senior High School takes home four wins in the Lockheed Martin Sponsored "Off the Wall" Student Art & Poetry Fest in Old Town Manassas.
Woodbridge Senior High School seniors and CFPA creative writing students Briana Cole, Hali Haskins and Cristal Mean won first, second, and third place respectively for poetry in the Off the Wall: Student Art and Poetry Fest. Ninth grader and WSHS CFPA art student Bernadine Deperio took an honorable mention for a multi-media self-portrait called Bernadine. Winners of the Poetry and Art Contest received their award on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 3:30 pm at The Center for the Arts, Caton Merchant Family Gallery located at 9419 Battle Street, Manassas, in the Old Town district.
