Prince William County Police found hole in the wall, no suspects.
The Discount Tobacco was recently robbed of $1,200 worth of cigarette cartons, but police have found no suspects, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police initially responded to the tobacco store at 14435 Jefferson Davis Highway on April 7 at 4:05 a.m. for an alarm. "Officers arrived at the business and observed a hole in the wall to the rear of the business," Perok said. "A police K-9 was used to check the business. No suspects were located."

The plastic water bottle was filled with gasoline, Prince William County Police said.
Police have charged two teens with burglary and manufacturing an explosive device after a homeowner reported a burglary in progress on Crest Maple Drive on March 21, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police initially responded to the residence at 9:38 a.m. that same day. The homeowner told police that she heard loud noises on a lower floor of the house. "Upon checking out the noise, she observed two unknown males, believed to be juveniles, attempting to break into the residence. Once confronted by the homeowner, the males fled on foot," Perok said. The burglary happened last weekend, according to Prince William County Police.
The Shanghai Café at 12760 Darby Brooke Court in Lake Ridge was reportedly burglarized last weekend, Prince William County Police said. Police initially responded to the restaurant on March 16 at 11:15 a.m. for the report of a burglary. "Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30 p.m. on March 15 and 11 a.m. on March 16," Perok said. The burglar or burglars most likely got in through a damaged back door before making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The victim and the accused were reportedly in a verbal fight which escalated, Prince William County Police said.
Police have charged a suspect in the assault of a Lake Ridge man in his own home on March 17, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Ahmad Riaz Noory, 19, of Lake Ridge, is charged with burglary with intent to commit assault and assault and battery. Police initially responded on at 3:18 p.m. Sunday to a residence on Harbor Drive for the report of an assault. "The victim, a 24-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation in front of his residence," Perok said. The Tacketts Mill Car Wash at 12831 Harbor Drive was burglarized for the second time in a week, Prince William County Police said. The first burglary reportedly happened March 2 near midnight, and the second reportedly happened March 7 between 8:15 p.m. and 8:22 p.m. In both cases, the burglar or burglars reportedly entered the car wash by smashing a rear window, and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken.
The reported assault happened in Gainesville, Prince William County Police said.
Police arrested a man after a Woodbridge woman said she had been assaulted on March 8, Prince William County Police spokesperson Ericca Figueroa said. Break in on Valentine's Day at the Islamic Community Center of Northern Virginia, according to the Prince William County Police.
Police have identified a suspect in the Valentine's Day Woodbridge mosque burglary, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Property Crimes Unit detectives identified the suspect Feb. 15 and have a warrant for his arrest. Andrew Charles Chambers, 49, is wanted for burglary. He has no fixed address. Police have arrested three Woodbridge men after another man reported that he had been tied up and beaten in his own home, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Early in the morning Feb. 16, police responded to the report of a burglary and an assault on Occoquan Road near Old Bridge Road. "The victim, a 56-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was sleeping in his residence when two unknown men entered through an unlocked door and demanded money," Perok said. "During the encounter, the men bound the victim with zip-ties and struck him with an unknown blunt object. The men then fled the area in a vehicle. No property was taken.
