Construction delays on the patio have shifted the opening date back.
Not Your Average Joe's is set to open on June 3, general manager Erik Larson told Patch. Though the restaurant was originally set to open on Memorial Day, the recent rain has slowed down construction on the patio. "Unfortunately we had to move back our opening to June 3 due to some construction issues with our patio," Larson said. The restaurant had to hire about 120 people before employee training began in mid-May. Other restaurants coming to Potomac Town Center include Nando's and Toby Keith's. Recent business stories:

South Moon Under opened this week at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, according to the development's Facebook page. The Woodbridge location is one of 17 locations along the East Coast. Fans of the country singer's restaurant chain will have to wait a little longer for the opening date announcement for the Woodbridge location.
Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill in Woodbridge hasn't yet announced its opening date. "They are under construction, but we do not have an estimated opening date," Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center said May 11 on its Facebook page. The much anticipated restaurant was originally set to open by the end of the first quarter of this year at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, but the opening date has been pushed back. Casual American restaurant Not Your Average Joe's will open at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in June, just before the start of summer, according to the Not Your Average Joe's website. The exact opening date has not yet been announced, but the site is promoting "June 2013." The location will be Not Your Average Joe's eighteenth location. So far, the chain has 15 restaurants near Boston, one restaurant in Gaithersburg, MD, and one in Leesburg. The restaurant is known for providing good food at a lower price. The cosmetics and beauty store and salon just celebrated its grand opening.
ULTA opened last week at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, and celebrated its grand opening Feb. 8-10. The cosmetics, beauty, and fragrance store and salon is next to Charming Charlie and is one of the latest businesses to open in the rapidly developing Potomac Town Center. Sports Zone Elite also recently opened at the development. The new ULTA location replaces the ULTA near 2nd & Charles in Smoketown Station on Prince William Parkway. Early 2013 arrival expected for eatery, but no opening date has been announced.
Construction continues on Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill, a new restaurant and music venue opening up at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge. No official opening dates have been announced for the restaurant, but it is supposed to open sometime early next year, according to the Facebook page for the new restaurant location. Currently, the restaurant chain has three locations, all in Oklahoma. Toby Keith's restaurant will join other popular chains such as P.F.
