Woodbridge Man Charged With Assault and Battery at Taco Bell
Gustavo Gomez Martinez was charged with assault and battery on two law enforcement officers and two female Taco Bell employees. The following arrest information was supplied by the PWC police department and does not indicate a conviction.
On May 15, police arrested Woodbridge resident Gustavo Gomez Martinez and charged him with assault and battery on two law enforcement officers and two female Taco Bell employees, after an incident in which the accused reportedly attacked the employees and then reportedly resisted arrest, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police initially responded at 8:33 p.m. for a report of a disorderly person at the Taco Bell at 12712 Harbor Drive in Woodbridge. "The investigation revealed that the accused became disorderly at the establishment and appeared to have been intoxicated," Perok said.
