Police Looking For Suspect Who Robbed SunTrust ATM Customer

The suspect reportedly did not threaten to use a weapon during the robbery, Prince William County Police said.

Police are looking for a man who reportedly robbed a Woodbridge man at the SunTrust Bank in Lake Ridge early in the morning on March 1, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police initially responded to the bank at 12:50 p.m. that same day for the report of a robbery that happened between 4:53 and 5:53 a.m. The bank is located at 12417 Dillingham Square.  "The victim, a 65-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he withdrew an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the ATM when he was approached by an unknown man," Perok said. "The man demanded the victim’s money but did not imply or display a weapon." The suspect then reportedly ran away. No one was injured.

Masked Man Reportedly Robs Woman In Her Driveway

Police have not apprehended a suspect.

Police are looking for a man who reportedly robbed a Lake Ridge area woman in her driveway on Monday, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.  Police responded to the report of a robbery on Anchorstone Drive at 1:12 p.m. on Monday. The 29-year-old victim told police that she was next to her vehicle in her driveway when an unknown masked man approached her and demanded her purse.  "The man took the purse before fleeing on foot," Perok said.  No one was injured. The victim described the masked man as a male of an unknown race and age, about 6-foot-6 in height, weighing about 250 pounds, of a heavy build with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, sneakers and the mask.

Woodbridge Man Attacked, Robbed of Wallet and Cell Phone

A group of men reportedly attacked and robbed a Woodbridge man while the victim was walking in the area of Chinn Park Drive and Prince William Parkway on April 25, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.  The 24-year-old victim told police that he was walking in the above area when a group of unknown men attacked him, taking his cell phone, his wallet, and the money in his wallet, and leaving him injured as they ran away.  The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where medical personnel determined that his injuries were non-life threatening. The victim was unable to describe his attackers to police.
