Armed Robbery at Friendly Mart

On Dec. 9, clerks at the Friendly Mart at 1420 Old Bridge Road reported an armed robbery.

The clerks said that an unknown man came into the business and implied that he was carrying a weapon.

The man reportedly came around the counter and took money from the register, and then fled the area on foot.

No one was injured.

Police are on the lookout for a black male of an unknown age, 6 foot tall, 170 lbs, and of a thin build. He was "last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, gloves, and a mask," according to the police report.
