Planning Commission to Discuss New Dog Park

The public off-leash dog park would be located at 13251 Sturbridge Road, near Colby Drive and Minnieville Road.

On Sept. 7, at their 6:45 p.m. meeting, the Planning Commission will consider a possible off-leash public dog park at 13251 Sturbridge Road near the intersection of Minnieville Road and Colby Drive.

If built, the Lake Ridge Public Dog Park would take up about one acre of the 8.5 acre parcel. The parcel is designated and zoned as a Residential Planning Community. Its master zoning planned use is for Medium Density Residential and Existing Active Recreation.
