The Ridgewood Barracudas Swim Team in Lake Ridge is looking for a new head coach now that current head coach Cindy Woll is leaving after 13 years of coaching the team.
The new coach would be in charge of a team of about 240 swimmers.
According to a Barracudas release, the new coach would be responsible for:

designing, implementing, and publishing comprehensive annual coaching plan;
writing and running practice workouts for Junior through Senior Level Groups;

tracking swimmers progression;
assistant coach recruitment and management;
coordinating, managing, and coaching swim meets and swim clinics.
