Ridgewood Barracudas Looking For New Head Coach

The Ridgewood Barracudas Swim Team in Lake Ridge is looking for a new head coach now that current head coach Cindy Woll is leaving after 13 years of coaching the team. 

The new coach would be in charge of a team of about 240 swimmers.

According to a Barracudas release, the new coach would be responsible for:

  • designing, implementing, and publishing comprehensive annual coaching plan;

  • writing and running practice workouts for Junior through Senior Level Groups;

  • tracking swimmers progression;

  • assistant coach recruitment and management;

  • coordinating, managing, and coaching swim meets and swim clinics.  

  • The position is full-time during the summer, with additional duties in the rest of the year. Salary will match experience. Candidates should have at least five years of swim coaching experience.
